HomeMy WebLinkAboutCOOPERATIVE PERSONNEL SERVICES 1A-2003FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT, is entered into on I~Lt9£~[ ..'2_dj ,2003, by and between Cooperative Personnel Services ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Aha ("City"). Recitals: A. The parties entered into an Agreement dated April 24, 2002, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has developed written examinations for certain employee positions in the Fire Department. B. The parties wish to Amend said Agreement to add the development of Fire Engineer and Fire Fighter exams to the Scope of Services. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: Paragraph 1. a. shall be amended to read as follows: Consultant shall develop written examinations and provide examination booklets for the positions of Fire Captain, Fire Dispatcher, Fire Engineer and Fire Fighter, for the price set forth in Exhibit A, hereto. 1N WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to Consultant Agreement on the date and year first ~vritten above.
