The Parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "Consultant Agreement" dated August 9'\ 2002, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", for providing preventative maintenance and service of diesel engmes. B. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the Term of said Agreement in order to in order to provide continuous uninterrupted Sl:nvice under the Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to aU of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: L Section 3, of said agreement. pertaining to Terms is hereby amended to extend the Agreement for one year from the date of execution of this amendment. 2.
