FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT

THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered into
on the 2qt~day of 3"anoctvxl ,2004, by and between Bagel Associates, LLC
("Consultant") and the City of ~anta Aha, a charter city and municipal corporation of the
State of California ("City").
Recitals:
A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2003-134, dated September 17, 2003,
(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided actuarial consulting
services to the City.
B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to
increase compensation to pay for services provided by Consultant.
Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject
to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First
Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
1. Paragraph 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by
$5,000 for a not to exceed amount of $10,000 during the term of said Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to
Consultant Agreement on the date and year first written above.
