R~ursuant to Section 34-183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides
n tice that the City Engineer has received Final Parcel Map No. 2002-139 (City Map
N . 2003-06), for 1601 East Saint Andrew Place (Exhibit I), from the owner, Pres
Corporate Center LLC, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final approval.
The Tentative Parcel Map No. 2002-139 was approved by the City Council on
November 3, 2003. The City Engineer shall approve or .disapprove this map within 10
days after the City Council meeting of March 15, 2004.
