N-2004-027 Recitals: A The parties entered into Agreement N-2004-004, dated December I, 2003, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided maintenance, repair and full-load testing for the emergency generator at the Santa Ana Depot B. During a semi-annual inspection it was discovered that the emergency generator requires repairs outside the scope of said Agreement C. The parties wish to amend said Agreement in order to approve the additional repairs and to increase compensation to pay for such repairs. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: I. Section I, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to include the services set forth in Exhibit A-I, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. 2. Section 2, COMPENSA nON, shall be amended to increase compensation by $1,250.00 for a total amount not to exceed $2,750 during the term of said Agreement IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to Consultant Agreement on the date and year first written above.
