Recitals: A. The parties entered into Consultant Agreement No. A-2001-259 dated December 17, 2001, (hereinafter "said Agreement') by which Consultant has provided historic property resource identification, evaluation and documentation. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year period. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to read as follows: "This Agreement shall commence on December 17, 2001 and terminate on June 30, 2005, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12, below. The term of this Agreement may be extended upon a writing executed by the Executive Director of the Planning and Building Agency and the City Attorney."
