On August 6¡ 2001¡ the City Council awarded a contract to TSCM
Corporation for a two-year period¡ with provision for three one-year
renewals. TSCM Corporation has requested a four percent increase due
to the rising costs of fuel and insurance. The vendor has performed
satisfactorily during the past contract period and staff recommends the
second renewal of the contract.
