OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
November 5, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. in the Mayor's Office, Room 303,
City Hall, 217 North Main Street, with the following Councilmen present: Wade
Herrin, J. Ogden Markel, Ray Villa, Harry K. Yamamoto, and Mayor Lorin
Griset. Councilman Patterson arrived at 5:00 P.M., and Councilman Vernon
S. Evans was absent. Also present were Assistant City Manager Bruce Spragg,
City Attorney James Withers, and Clerk of the Council Florence I. Malone and
a representative of the Press. Evidence of proper notice was on file with the
Cle rk.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
with all Councilmen present.
The meeting was adjourned to
Executive Session to consider legal
matters and reconvened at 6:10 P.M.,
ADJOURNMENT
The Mayor declared the meeting
adjourned at 6:10 P.M.
