OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIAl
January 10, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M., in the Mayor's Office, Room 303,
City Hall, 217 North Main Street, with the following Councilmen present: Wade
Herrin, J. Ogden Market, Vernon S. Evans, Ray Villa and Mayor Lorin Griset.
Councilman Jerry M. Patterson arrived at 7:15 P.M. Councilman Harry K.
Yamamoto was absent. Also present were City Manager Carl J. Thornton,
Assistant City Manager Bruce Spragg, City Attorney James Withers, Director
of Personnel Donald Bott, and Clerk of the Council Florence I. Malone.
Evidence of proper Notice of the Meeting was on file with the Clerk.
EXECUTIVE SESSION It was moved by Councilman
Evans, seconded by Councilman
Villa, and unanimously carried
to adjourn to an Executive Session for discussion of personnel matters.
A DJOU RNMENT
meeting adjourned.
Council reconvened at lh50 P.M.,
with the same members present
and the Mayor announced the
