OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
March 2, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 P.M., in the Mayor's Office, Room 303,
City Hall, 217 North Main Street, with the following Councilmen present: Vernon
S. Evans, Wade Herrin, Ray Villa, Harry K. Yamamoto and Mayor Lorin Griset.
Councilman Jerry M. Patterson arrived at 4:35 P.M.; Counciln%an J. Ogden
Markel was absent. Also present were City Attorney 3ames A. Withers, Assbc'iate
Planner 3ohn Richards, Clerk of the Council Florence I. Malone and Sandy Mosley
of The Register newspaper. Evidence of proper notice of the meeting was on file
with the Clerk.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

It was moved by Councilman Herrin,
seconded by Councilman Evans and
unanimously carried to receive and
CUP 72-4, CASA PALMA - Filed by Arthur T. and Palma
Gonzales to serve beer and wine in a bona fide restaurant
within 300 feet of residentially zoned property in the C 1
District at 122 E. 17th Street, APPROVED.
ADJOURNMENT
At 4:55 P.M., Mayor Griset adjourned
the meeting.
