An Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha was
convened at 9:05 AoM,, in the Conference Room of the Santa Aha Public Library,
502 Civic Center Drive West° Affidavits of proper Notice and Posting of the
meeting were on file with the Clerk of the Council° The following Councilmen
were present: Ray Villa, Vernon So Evans, Wade Herrin, Harry Ko Yamamoto,
Jerry M~ Patterson, Jo Ogden Markel and Mayor Lorin Griseto Also present were
was Clerk of the Council Florence L 1Vlaloneo
EXECUTIVE SESSION

At 9:08 AoM~, the Council adjourned
to an Executive Session to interview
applicants for the position of Gity
RECESS
time the meeting was reconvenedo
At 1Z:15 PoMo, the Council with all
members present reconvened and
recessed until Z:00 Po M~, at which
EXECUTIVE SESSION
applicants.
At Z:0Z P~Mo, Council adjourned to an
Executive Session to continue the
interviews of the City Manager
AD3OURNMENT At 5:40 PoMo, Council reconvened
with all members present and the
meeting was adjourned to 5:00 1DoMo,
Monday, August 28, 1972, in the Library Conference Room, 50Z Civic Center Drive
West, on the unanimously carried motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Council-
man Herrin.
