CI MAN ER CONTINUED TO FILE NUMBER RECOMMENDED ACTION Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to renew the agreement with Able Building Maintenance Company, for janitorial services at the Police Department in an amount not to exceed $370,000. DISCUSSION In November 2003, the City Council approved a one-year agreement with the option of two one-year renewals with Able Building Maintenance Company to provide janitorial services at the Police Department. The agreement provides for equipment, supplies, and maintenance of the Police Department facili ty with an on-site supervisor. Staff's evaluation of Able Building Maintenance Company has found they meet all the requirements and recommends the renewal of the agreement. FISCAL IMPACT Funds are available in the Police Department's Property & Building Other Contractual Services Account (account no. 011-350-6291).
