HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

~his agreement is between Santa Ana Public Library

Rancho Santiago Community College District (herein after referred to as "District").
and
Santa Ana Public Library
does hereby covenant and agree that

The District, it's officers, agents, employees, members or representatives shalJ
not be liable for any loss, damage injury or liability of any kind to any person or property
caused by or arising from S.:'rv;c~ L~;!rn;ng !=¡lÌr . Nor shalf the

District be liable for any loss, damage or injury from any cause whatsoever to the
property or persons of Santa Ana Public Library or any of its
(ApprlCant of Activity)
employees or agents resulting from the ~¡:Irv;('p I p~rning Fair
(Activity)
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained hereinJ Santa Ana Public Library
(Applicant of ActIvity)
agrees to defend, identify, and hold harmless the District, its officers, employees and
agents from any and all damages or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the

(Activity)
Santa Ana Public Library agrees to provide a policy of liabifity and
(Applicant of Activity)
property damage insurance in the minimum amount of $1 Million combined single limits.
