That Agreement entered into the 1st day of June 2002 by and between
City of Santa Ana, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Entity," and the
Employment Development Department of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as
"EDD" Is hereby amended effective June 1. 2004 to:
Extend the term of the contract 3 months through September 30, 2004.
Except as hereby amended, all terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
