OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
March 4, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the
Clerk of the Council in the absence of the Mayor and Vice
Mayor.
There was no response to the roll call of the Council, and
the Clerk declared the meeting adjourned, for lack of a
quorum, to Monday, March 11, 1974, at 9:00 A.M.~ in the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. A notice to that
effect was mailed to the City Council and tke news media,
and was posted on the bulletin boards adjacent to tke entrance
of the Council Chambers and in the lobby of tke City Hall,
with affidavits on file in the office of the Clerk of the
