DISCUSSION The Santa Ana Fire Department has established an ongoing replacement program for fire hose. Fire hose is replaced at a rate of one engine load per year, eliminating a need for mass purchases. The replaced fire hose is used on reserve fire apparatus or stored for unexpected emergencies. On February 2, 2004, purchase of fire hose. allow pricing and terms recommended action will replacement. the City Council awarded a contract for the Allstar Fire Equipment, Inc. has agreed to and conditions to remain unchanged.
