p.m. on February 2, 2001.

NEW BUSINESS
A.
Agreement for Inspection Services With Eugenia Kokinacis
MOTION:
Direct the Authority Attorney to prepare, and authorize
the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an
agreement with Eugenia Kokinacis to perform Housing
Quality Standards (HQS) inspections and other support
services in an amount not to exceed $25,000.
B.
Mortgage Revenue Bond Inducement - Cornerstone Village
MOTION:
Adopt a resolution relating to the issuance of bonds for
the purpose of financing the acquisition and
rehabilitation of multifamily residential rental
projects and related facilities within the Cornerstone
Village project.
