HOUSING AUTHORITY SOFTWARE UPGRADE AGREEMENT
Motion:
Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the
Executive Director to enter into an agreement with Yardi Systems, Inc., for
an amount not to exceed $8~j,000 for the upgrade to the Master Software
Program, related training and annual support.
