July 7, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the
Assistant Clerk of the Council in the absence of the Mayor and
Vice Mayor. There was no response to the roll call of the
Council, and the Assistant Clerk declared the meeting adjourned
for lack of a quorum to Wednesday, July 9, 1975, at 4:00 P.M.
in Room 851 of the City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, for a
Budget Study Session. A notice to that effect was posted in
the lobby and on the door of Room 831 of the City Mall, and
on the entrance to the Council Chambers, with affidavit on
file in the office of tke Clerk of tSe Council.
