RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE BYLAWS OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY
Adopt Resolution No. 2003-02 of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana amending the bylaws to appoint the Clerk of the Council to act
as the recording secretary of the Authority, to change the time of the
regular meetings, and to authorize the Executive Director to execute all
legal documents.
COMMENTS

AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Housing
Authority members regarding any non-agenda items within the subject
matter jurisdiction of the Authority. NO action may be taken on non-
agenda items unless authorized by law.
