HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PLAN AND REVIDIONS TO THE
ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
1. Approve and submit the fiscal year 2004-2005 Annual Plan to the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
2. Approve the revisions to the Administrative Plan.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Housing
Authority members regarding any non-agenda items within the subject
matter jurisdiction of the Authority. NO action may be taken on non-
agenda items unless authorized by law.
AUTHORITY MEMBER COMMENTS
AT THIS TIME Housing Authority members may comment on non-agenda
matters and ask questions of or give directions to staff. NO action may be

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Regular Meetings of the City Council,
Community Redevelopment Agency, and the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana, to be held on March 1, 2004, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza, Santa Ana, have been cancelled. The Clerk's Office has been
informed that there will not be a quorum (4 members) in attendance.
The next regular meeting of the City Council will be held on March 15,2004, at
6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
The next regular meetings of the Community Redevelopment Aaency and the
