PUBLIC HEARINGS
A Public Hearing provides individuals the opportunity to be heard
regarding an intended action of the Community Redevelopment
Agency and the City Council. Persons wishing to speak regarding
Public Hearing matters should file a "Request to Speak" form with
the Recording Secretary.
4. SALE OF AGENCY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 807 E. SANTA ANA
BLVD.
CITY COUNCIL ACTION
Motion:
Adopt a resolution making certain findings with respect to the
consideration to be received by the Community Redevelopment Agency
pursuant to a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Agency and the
Santa Ana Housing Authority for the sale of certain property located at 807
E. Santa Ana Boulevard, and approving the sale of said real property upon
the terms and conditions contained in that agreement.
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
Motion: Adopt Resolution No. CRA 2004-02 authorizing the sale of Agency-owned
property located at 807 E. Santa Ana Boulevard, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute all required documents.

Motion: Adopt Resolution No. HA 2004-02 authorizing the acquisition of Agency-
owned property located at 807 E. Santa Ana Boulevard, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute all required documents.

HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PLAN AND REVISIONS TO THE
ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
(Continued from the Regular Meeting of March 1, 2004.)
Motion: 1. Approve and submit the fiscal year 2004-2005 Annual Plan to the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
2. Approve the revisions to the Administrative Plan.

AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Housing
Authority members regarding any non-agenda items within the subject
matter jurisdiction of the Authority. NO action may be taken on non-
agenda items unless authorized by law.
