RESOLUTION NO. 72-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSACTION OF BUSINESS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana,
California:
SECTION 1. That the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
be and it hereby is established pursuant to the Housing Authorities Law, as
amended, of California, and is now authorized to transact business and
exercise its powers in its area of operation as defined in said law.
