73-2
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA RESCINDING RESOLUTION 72-4
AND RE-DESIGNATING THE OFFICE OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA.
WHEREAS, Section 3 of Article I of the by-laws of the
Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana provides that the
office of the Authority shall be at such place in the City of
Santa Ana, California, as may be designated by resolution; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
SECTION 1. Resolution 72-4 of the Housing Authority is
hereby rescinded in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That until otherwise provided by resolution,
the office of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
shall be at the City Hall, 20 Civ~c Center Plaza, in the City
of Santa Ana, California.
