73-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA RESCINDING RESOLUTION 72-9
AND RE-DESIGNATING THE TIME AND PLACE OF REG-
ULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA.
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Article 111 of the by-laws of the
Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana provides that reg-
ular meetings may be held without notice at such time and
place as may be determined by resolution of the Authority;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
SECTION 1. Resolution 72-9 of the Housing Authority is
hereby rescinded in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That until otherwise provided by resolution,
the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana shall hold regular meetings at 2:00 P.M. on the third Monday
of each month in the City Hall Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana, or at such other place as the Authority may
designate from time to time.
