RESOLUTION 80-3: A RESOLUTION of the Housin9 Authority of the City of
Santa Ana authorizing execution of Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments
Program Annual Contributions Contract Part I for Existing Housing
Program including Project Numbers CA16-E093-001/004/005/006/007;
providing for the incorporation of said Part I into Master Section 8
Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503; providing for deposit of
monies; and authorizing the execution of a letter agreement terminating
Section 23 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual Contributions
Contract No. SF-460.
