RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CERTIFYING TERMINATION OF ITS SECTION 23 (REVISED) HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM CONTRACT SF 492 ' . . WHEREAS, the Housin9 Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("Housing Authority") authorized the execution of a, Section 23 (Revised) Housing Assistance Payments Program known as SF 492 Annual Contributions Contract ("Section 23 ACC") with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") by Resolution No. 75-1; and WHEREAS, the Housing Authority authorized its Chairman to execute a letter agreement terminating the Section 23 (Revised) ACC SF 492 by Resolutions No. 76-7 and 80-3; and . WHEREAS, all balances from the Section 23 (Revised) Housing Assistance Payments Program have been transferred to the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program SF 503 in accordance with HUD requirements; and WHEREAS, the Housing Authority has complied with all HUD requirements concerning the termination of the Section 23 (Revised) ACC SF 492 except for an independent public accountant audit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: . . 1. The Housing Authority certifies that close-out of the Section 23 (Revised) Housing Assistance Payments Program has been conducted in accordance with HUD requirements and is complete except for an independent public accountant audit. and that all balances have been transferred to Section 8 HAPP Project Number SF 503 in accordance with HUD requirements. 2. The Housing Authority certifies that the book of accounts and records of the Section 23 (Revised) Housing Assistance Payments Program have been examined and there are no outstanding obligations or accounts receivable. . 3. , The Housing Authority shall terminate the Section 23 (Revised) Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual Contributions Contract after the final independent public accountant audit has been completed and the books of accounts and records are closed, 4.
