RESOLUTION NO. 80-7 OF THE CITY OF ITS SECTION 23 RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY SANTA ANA CERTIFYING TERHIl¡ATION OF HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM . WHEREAS, :the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana. ("Housing'Authority") authorized the execution of a s~ction 23 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual contributions Contract' ("Section 23 ACC") with the United' States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD")-- by Resolution No. 75-1; and" . . " \'mEREAS, the Housing Authority authorized its Chairman to execute a letter agreement terminating the section 23 ACC by Resolutions No. 77-4 and 80-3; and WHEREAS, all assets and cash remaining from the Section 23 Housing Assistance Payments Progr~~ have been' disposed of in accordance with BUD requirements; and all EUD Section audit. \'1HEREAS,'~the' Housing Authority has complied with requirements concerning. the termina~ion of the. 23 ACC except'~for an independent public accountant NOf'i', THEREFORE, BE IT 'RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: , . 1.
