RESOLUTION NO. 80- 12
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE
DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO DEPOSIT
AND WITHDRAW FUNDS
WHEREAS, that certain agreement between the Housing
Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("Authority") and United
California Bank entitled "Loan Service and Revolving Credit
Agreement," dated May 6, 1980, provides for certain accounts
to be established pursuant thereto, and
WHEREAS, Authority desires to authorize the Director
of Finance of the City of Santa Ana to deposit in and withdraw
funds from said accounts and endorse checks, drafts, and
other orders for and on behalf of Authority in regard to
said accounts.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing
Authority of the City of Santa Ana that the Director of
Finance of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
deposit and withdraw funds and endorse checks, drafts and
other orders for and on behalf of the Housing Authority in
any and all accounts established pursuant to the "Loan
Service and Revolving Credit Agreement" between the Housing
Authority and United California Bank, dated May 6,1980.
