RESOLUTION NO. 81-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT AMONG THE COUNTY OF ORANGE,
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the
City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Chairman of the Authority is hereby authorized
to execute that certain agreement entitled .Cooperative
Agreement Among the County of Orange, the City of Santa Ana,
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana,
and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana,. form
dated 7/23/81, a copy of which is on file in the office of
the Executive Director of the Authority.
. ADOPTED this ~day of August
1981, by the following vote:
AYES: 5 MEMBERS: Serrato, Acosta, Luxembourger,
Griset, and McGuigan
NOES: 1 MEMBERS: Markel
ABSENT: 1 MEMBERS: Bri cken
