RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT TO SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSIS-
TANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM MASTER SECTION
8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO.
SF-593
WHEREAS, the Housing Authori ty of the Ci ty of Santa Ana
("Authority") has previously entered into Annual Contributions Con-
tract No. SF-593 ("Contract") with the United States of America
("Government"); and
WHEREAS, Authority and Government now desire to amend the
contract to reflect changes in the amount of contract authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of
the City of Santa Ana as follows:

,1. The proposed amendment, designated as "Amendment No.1 to
Contributions Contract Master Section 8 ACC No. SF...593" is
approved and accepted both as to form and substance.
2. The chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute
said contract and forward it to the United States of America, to-
gether with such other documents as may be required.
3.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
