RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING INDUCEMENT RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ORANGE COUNTY
RESOLVED, by the Housing Authority of the City of S4nta Ana (the
-Authority"), as follows:
section 1. Resolution No. 84-l1l9 of the Board of Supervisors of Orange
County, ent1tled "Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County,
California", adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Orange COunty on July 17,
1984, as amended pursuant to Resolution No. 84-1246 of the Board of
Supervisors of Orange County, entitled "Resolution of the Board of Supervisors
of Orange County, Californiau, adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Orange
COunty on August 21, 1984, is hereby approved; the findings of Orange COunty
contained in said resolution are hereby confirmed and approved as the findings
of the Authority; and the Authority hereby agrees to be bound by said
resolution and to issue bonds for the project referenced In said resolution
under substantially the same terms and limitations as those contaIned In said
resolution, except that the aggregate principal amount of bonds which may be'
issued to provide financing for the project referenced in said resolution
shall not exceed $3,000,000; a11 effective as of Ju1y 17, 1984.
