85-16
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING INDUCEMENT RESOLUTION ADOPTED 8Y THE
80ARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ORANGE COUNTY
RESOLVED. by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (the
"Authority"), as follows:
SectIon 1. Resolution No. 84-1762 of the Board of Supervisors of Orange
County. entitled "Resolution of the Board of SupervIsors of Orange County,
Ca 11 forni a". adopted by the Board of Supervi sors of Orange County on December
11. 1984. I s hereby approved; the fi ndi ngs of Orange County conta i ned I n sa I d
resolutIon are hereby confirmed and approved as the findIngs of the AuthorIty;
and the Authority hereby agrees to be bound by said resolutIon and to issue
bonds for the project referenced in said resolutIon under substantially the
same terms and lImitations as those contained in saId resolution. except that
the aggregate prIncipal amount of bonds Issued by the AuthorIty to provide
fInancing for said project shall not exceed $2.500,000; all effectIve as of
December 11, 1984.

The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Board of
CommIssIoners of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana at a regular
meetIng thereof held on the 3rd day of September 1985. by the
