RESOLUTION NO. 86-3
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I AND
NEW PART II OF THE SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER
PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT NUMBER
SF-503 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION TO THE UNITED
STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOP-
MENT INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CAl6-V093-002/

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
("PHA") is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance
Program for Section 8 Housing Voucher Program" for the United
States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and
WHEREAS, the PHA entered into a Section 8
Contributions Contract ("ACC") on June 30, 1975 as
the United States of America ("Government"); and
Annual
amended, with
WHEREAS, the PHA desires to
which amendments are attached hereto
of the following:

as "Exhibit A," and consists

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows:
l. The Superseding Part I Section 8 ACC and
Part II of the ACC for the Housing Voucher Program are
approved and accepted.

the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized and directed to take
all necessary steps to file said ACC's and to provide such
additional information as may be required.
