RESOLUTION NO. 86-4
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
CF THE CITY or SM\TA ANA
APPOINTING AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
. WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
("Authority") has been duly established pursuant to Section 34290
of the California Health and Safety Code, and Section 6-627 of the
SAnta Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the by-laws of the Authority provide in Article
II, Section 4, for the office of Secretary of the Authority; and
WHE~AS, said Section 4 provides for the Secretary to be
the Executive Director of the Authority, and as Executive Director
to have general supervision over the administration of the
Authority's business and affairs subject to the direction of the
Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Authority desires to appoint the Director of
Economic Development of the City of Santa Ana as the Secretary and
Executive Director of the Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. by the Housing Authority
of the City of Santa Ana that the Director of Economic Development
of the City of Santa Ana is hereby appointed the Executive
Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana.
