RESOLUTION NO. 89-2
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA UPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I
OF THE SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT NUMBER SF-503(E)
AND AUTHORIZING EXECU'rIOlf TO THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF HOnSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
FOR PROJECT NUMBER CA16-E093-901
WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa
Ana is authorized to administer th.a "Housinq Assistance Proqram
for Section 8 Housinq certificate Proqram" for the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and
WHEREAS, the Hou$inq Authority of the City of sant¡1
Ana ("PRA") desires to enter into a superseding Section 8 Annual
contributions Contract ("ACC") on June 30, 1975 as amended, with
the United States of America ("Government "); and
WHEREAS, the section 8 ACC must be revised so that it
will consist of the followinq counterparts:
a.
superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (8f88),
applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing
Certificate Proqram.
Exhibit I, projects appropriated before Federal
Fiscal year 1988:

Exhibit II, Projects appropriated in Federal
Fiscal year 1988 and later years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows:

1. The Superseding Part I of the ACC together with
I and II for the Housing certificate Program are hereby
and accepted.
2. The Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing
Authority of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized and
directed to take all necessary steps to file said ACC and to
provide such additional information as may be required.

This resolution shall take effect immediately.
