WHERFAS, IIJD notified the HousinJ Authority of the City of Santa Ana
on F'ebrIJæy 8, 1989 the Section 8 HousinJ VaJChers are available which wwld

in their housinJ within the city of Santa Ana; am

consistent with our HousinJ Assistance Plan (HAP);
