RESOLUTION NO. 90-4
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I
OF THE SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT NUMBER SF-503(E)
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for
Section 8 Housing Certificate Program" for the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
"PHA") desires to enter into a superseding Section 8 Annual
Contributions Contract ("ACC") with the United States of America
("Government") for the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
Program;
WHEREAS, the Section 8 ACC must be revised so that it
will consist of the following counterparts:
a.
Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (8/88),
applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing
Certificate Program;
Exhibit I, projects appropriated before Federal
Fiscal Year 1988;
b.
c.
Exhibit II, projects appropriated in Federal Fiscal
Year 1988 and later years.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA as follows:
1. The Superseding Part I of the ACC, together with
I and II, for the Housing Certificate Program are hereby

Body; that the Resolution has not been amended, modified, or
rescinded, and is now in full force and effect;

quorum was present throughout the meeting and that a legally

that all other requirements and proceedings under the law
incident to the proper adoption or passage of the Resolution,
including pUblication, if required, have been duly fulfilled,
