RESOLUTION NO. 91-5
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT NO.2 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503(K)
SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
PROGRAM MODERATE REHABILITATION
WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa Ana
("Public Housinq Aqency") has previously entered into an Annual
Contributions Contract Part I for Moderate Rehabilitation proqram
with the United States of America ("Government") for Project No.
CA16-K093-002 and now proposes to enter into Amendment No.2 to
said Contract:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The proposed Amendment desiqnated "Amendment No.2 to
Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503(K)," is
hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance, and
the Chairperson or the desiqnee, is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Amendment in three counterparts on
behalf of the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa Ana and to
forward such executed counterparts to the Government, together
with such other documents evidencinq the approval and authorizinq
the execution thereof as may be required by the Government.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
