RESOLUTION NO. 91-6
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT NO.2 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 FOR PROJECT
NO. CA16-8023-054
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa has
previously entered into a Section 8 Housinq Assistance Payments
proqram Annual contributions Contract, Part I for New
Construction, for Project No. CA 16-8023-054, with the
STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and throuqh the Secretary
and Urban Development ("Government"), and now proposes
into Amendment No.2 to said Contract:

to enter
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The proposed Amendment, designated "Amendment No.2 to
Annual Contributions Contract" for Project no. CA16-8023-054, is
hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance, and
the Chairperson is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Amendment in three counterparts on behalf of the Santa Ana
Housinq Authority and to forward such executed counterparts to
the Government, alonq with such other documents evidencing the
approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required
by the Government.
2.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
