("HUD") has approved the Rental RehabilitatiŒl Pr'-':¡LCUIl ("Prog:tæu") of the City
of Santa Ana ("CITY") arxi the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
("mA") p.¡rsuant to Section 17 of the united states Housing Act of 1937 (42
U.S.C. 1437); arxi
WHEREAS, the CITY has received a OCIIIIIitment frcm BUD for the Program
f= fI.1ms f= Federal Fiscal Year 1991 to finance the rehabilitation of rental
properties f= the benefit of lower :imane families; arxi
WHEREAS, the CITY arxi the mA desire to set forth their rights arxi
ooligations conc::e.rnil1g the PU:XJ1:æu in a Menm'an:ium of tJrñer:st:aOOin to be
executed by the CITY arxi mA.
NCM, 'IHEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana as follows:
1.
'!he Memoran:ium of Un:iers1:anling is hereby approved arxi accepted
both as to form arxi substance.
2.
'!he C1airman is hereby authorized arxi directed to execute the
Memoran:ium of Un:iers1:anling arxi forward it to the Department of
Housing arxi Urban Develq:uent of the united states of America,
together with such other dOCl""""1'ts as may be required.
