RESOLUTION NO. 91-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT II
TO PART I OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING
VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
NUMBER SF-503 (V) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for
section 8 Housing Voucher Program II for the united States Department
of Housinq and Urban Development ("HUD")¡ and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
("PHA") desires to enter into an amended Section 8 Annual
Contributions Contract ("ACC") with the united States of America
("Government") for the section 8 Housing Voucher program¡ and
WHEREAS, the amended section 8 Existinq Housinq Voucher
ACC Part I consists of the following:
a.
Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520D (1/89), applicable to the
section 8 Existinq Housing Voucher Program¡
b.
Exhibit I¡ and
c.
Exhibit II adding new project CA16-V093-015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA AS FOLLOWS:
1. Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520D (1/89), including Exhibit
I and Amended Exhibit II of the ACC for the section 8 Existing
Housing Voucher proqram is hereby approved and accepted.
2. The Chairman of the PHA is hereby authorized and directed
to execute supersedinq Part I of the ACC and to take all

necessary steps to file said ACC and to provide such additional
information as may be required.
