RESOLUTION NO. 92-02
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBITS I AND II
TO PART I OF THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
NUMBER SF-503 (V) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana is
authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the
Section 8 Housing Voucher Program" for the United States Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (PHA)
desires to enter into an amended Consolidated Annual Contributions
Contract (CACC) with the united States of America (Government) for
the section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program.
WHEREAS, the section 8 Annual contributions Contract
revised so that the amended section 8 Existing Housing
CACC, Part I, consists of the following counterparts:

Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520D (1/90) applicable to the
section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program;
b.
Exhibit I, reflecting expiring Project Numbers CA16-V093-
005 and CA16-V093-006; and
c.
Exhibit II, adding Replacement Project Number CA16-V093-
017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA AS FOLLOWS;
1. The amended Exhibits
8 Existing Housing Voucher
accepted.
I and II of the CACC for the section
Program are hereby approved and
2. The Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing
Authority is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
counterparts of the CACC and to take all necessary steps to file
said CACC and to provide such additional information as may be
required.
3.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
