RESOLUTION NO. 92-05

CITY
TO
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING ITS ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
INCLUDE THE FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the united States Departrnent of Housing and
Urban Development ("HUD") has approved the Housing Authority of the
city of Santa Ana ("PHA") as a qualified public housing authority
to participate in the HUD section 8 existing Housing Program ("said
program"); and
amend its

WHEREAS, HUD has issued regulations requiring the PHA to
administrative plan for participating in said program to
"Family Self-Sufficiency Action Plan"¡ and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Housing Advisory
Commission to the PHA have reviewed and approved each and every
part of the Family Self-Sufficiency Action Plan¡ and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public
good that the PHA approve the amended plan and subrnit it to HUD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:

The Amended Administrative Plan is hereby approved.
The Family Self-Sufficiency Plan is hereby approved.

The Executive Director of the Housing Authority of
the city of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to submit
the approved amended administrative plan to HUD in
accordance with 24 CFR 882.209(a) (4)(ii) (B)
