RESOLUTION 92-11
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT
NO.2 TO HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT
FOR PROJECT NO. CA16-8023-054
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana has
previously entered into a Housing Assistance Payments Contract
with SBD Properties, a California general partnership (herein
called the "Owner"), approved by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
acting through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,
and ow proposed to enter into Amendment No.2 to said Contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The proposed Amendment, designated "Amendment No.2 to
the Housing Assistance Payments Contract II for Project No. CA16-
8023-054, is hereby approved and accepted both as to form and
substance, and the Chairperson is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Amendment in four counterparts¡ on behalf of the
Santa Ana Housing Authority to forward such executed counterparts
to the Government along with such other documents evidencing the
approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required
by the Government.
2.
this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
