RESOLUTION NO. 93-04 OF THE HOUSING
ADVISORY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
HONORING THE SERVICE OF
DAVID PACE
WHEREAS, David Pace has displayed consistent and loyal
dedication to development, preservation, and revitalization of
housing in the city of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, David Pace served on the Housing commission from
February 1987 to september 1993¡ and
WHEREAS, David Pace served as chair of the commission from
June 1989 to September 1993
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Commission of
the city of Santa Ana as follows:
The Housing commission honors the service and
accomplishments of David Pace and expresses its deepest
for his service to the community.

authorized to administer the Housirq Program for the Section 8

Urban Develcpnent (''HUi)II) ¡ an:i
WHERFAS, HUD notified the Housil'g Authority of the city of
santa Ana (''Housirq Authority") that Section 8 Certificates an:i
Voochers are available which would in=ease the mnnber of persons
of low an:i moderate incane who may be assisted in their housil'g
within the city of Santa Ana; an:i
WHERFAS, the one hurx1red an:i sixty Section 8 Housil'g
Certificates an:i Voochers are consistent with our Housil'g
Assistance Plan (''HAP");
NCM, ~U1<E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housil'g Authority of
the City of santa Ana as follows:
1. 'llie subnission of an application to the United states
Department of Housirq an:i Urban Develcpnent for eighty additional
Section 8 Housirq Certificates an:i eighty additional Section 8
Housirq Vouchers is hereby awroved.
2. 'llie Executive Director of the Housirq Authority of the
city of Santa Ana is hereby auth=ized an:i directed to take all
neces¡¡ary steps to file said application an:i to provide such
infonnation as may be required.
