RESOLUTION NO. 94-05
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AMENDMENT NO.3 TO PART I OF THE
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 (K)
SECTION 8 MODERATE REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana is
authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the
Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program" for the United states
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)¡ and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana has
previously entered into an Annual contributions contract Part I for
Moderate Rehabilitation Program with the United states of America,
acting by and through the Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development (Government), and now proposes to enter into Amendment
No.3 to said contract¡
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Public Housing Agency
(PHA) as follows:
1. The proposed Amendment, designated "Amendment No.3 to
Part I of the Annual contributions Contract No. SF-503 (K), is
hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance.
2. The Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Amendment in three counterparts on behalf of the PHA, and the
Secretary is hereby authorized to impress the official seal of the
PHA on such counterpart and to forward such executed counterpart to
the government together with such other documents evidencing the
approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required
by the government.
3.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
