RESOLUTION NO. 94-13
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF
THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 (V) AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
("PHA") is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program
for the section 8 Housing Voucher Program II for the united States
Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD")¡ and
WHEREAS, the PHA desires to enter into a superseding Part I of
the section 8 Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract ("CACC")
with HUD for the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program.
WHEREAS, the amended section
must now be revised so that it
counterparts:
8 Existing Housing Voucher CACC
will consist of the following
a.
Superseding Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520D
applicable to the section 8 Existing Housing
program¡ with
(1/90),
Voucher
b.
Exhibit I to Part I¡ and
c.
Exhibit II to Part I, adding Project No. CA16-V093-024.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows:
1. The superseding Part I of the CACC for the Housing
Voucher Program is hereby approved and accepted.
2 . The Chairman and Executi ve Director of the Housing
Authority are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
counterparts of the CACC on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is
hereby authorized to impress the official seal of the PHA on such
counterpart and to forward such documents evidencing the ~pproval
and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the
Government.
3.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
