RESOLUTION NO. 95-04
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBITS I AND II
TO PART I OF THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
NUMBER SF-503 (E) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana is
authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the
section 8 Existing Housing certificate Program II for the united
States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)¡ and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana (PHA)
desires to enter into an amended Consolidated Annual
contributions Contract (CACC) with the united States of America
(Government) for the section 8 Existing Housing certificate
Program.
WHEREAS, HUD requires the section 8 Annual contributions
Contract to be revised so that the amended Section 8 Existing
Housing Certificate CACC, Part I, consists of the following
counterparts:
a.
Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520B (8/88) applicable to the
section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program¡ and
b.
Exhibit I; and
c.
Exhibit II, terminating Project Number
and adding Replacement Project Number

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The amended Section 8 Existing Housing certificate
Annual contributions Contract, Part I and Exhibit I and
Exhibit II is hereby approved and accepted.
2. The Chairman of the Housing Authority is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the counterparts of the
amended CACC and to take all necessary steps to file said
amended CACC and to provide such additional information as may
be required.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
