MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
January 21, 1974
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 2:15 P.M., by Chairman Jerry M. Patterson,
in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. The
following members of the Authority re sponded to the roll call:

MINUTES
The full reading of the
Minutes of December 17, 1973,
was waived and they were approved as mailed. on the unanimously carried
motion of Commis sioner Griset, seconded by Commissioner Ward.
BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Nothing to report.
REPORT OF SECRETARY
The Status Report for the
Section 23 Leased Housing
Program, including the trial balance, dated January 14, 1974, prepared by
the Director-Secretary, and a letter from the Department of Housing and
Urban Development dated January 10, 1974, was received and filed on the
unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Com-
mis sioner Griset, subject to the following correction:
Page 2, first paragraph, change"... This report shows that
over 20%" to "...This report shows that less than 20%".

ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned
at 2:17 P.M., by the unani-
mously approved motion of Commissioner Yamamoto, seconded by Com-
missioner Garthe.
